1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received.

  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Products marked as "final sale."

  • Opened or used personal care items such as massage oils, gels, or hygiene products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

3. Process for Returns

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@piraa.in with your order details and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the necessary instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange this product, we will replace it with a new one within 7 business days.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

  • If you wish to return the product, we will process your refund within 4 business days after receiving your returned order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@piraa.in with pictures of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow the return process.

8. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior authorization from our support team will not be accepted.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
